TERMS & CONDITIONS
A deposit payment of $25 is required for all bookings: Please note that your deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable to another individual. Payment will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE!!! NO EXPECTIONS AND WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING!!!!
I DO NOT WORK ON SUNDAYS!!!
ALL APPOINTMENTS BOOKED BEFORE OFFICE HOURS AT 7:00 AM OR AFTER OFFICE HOURS AT 9:00 PM ON ANY DAY ARE AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $25.
Final Payment: The final, full balance is due in CASH or CREDIT/DEBIT on the day of your scheduled appointment. All Bridal appointment balances are due 15 days before the wedding date: No Exceptions.
RESCHEDULING: In the event that you must reschedule your appointment, your deposit may be applied to your rescheduled service within 7 days of rescheduling your original appointment. Appointments can only be rescheduled ONCE. YOU MUST RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TIME. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A LOSS OF YOUR PAYMENT AND YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.
TARDY POLICY: A late fee of $15 will be charged if the client is 20 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, or if scheduled appointment exceeds allotted time due to client's delay. If client is more than 30 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled, with respect to other booked appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide at least 24 hours notice via phone or email to cancel and reschedule your appointment. If cancellation is due to makeup artist, a full refund of all monies/deposits paid will be provided to client. IF CLIENT CANCELS, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, NO EXCEPTIONS! IF CLIENT CANCELS THE APPOINTMENT THE SAME DAY, OR IF CLIENT IS A NO CALL NO SHOW, THE FULL PAYMENT WILL BE CHARGED.
TRAVEL: I have extended my travel services out to surrounding cities ( Austin TX, San Antonio TX, Dallas TX, Ft Worth TX, etc)
Travel fees: First 100 miles...........no charge
Each mile after 100 miles...........$0.50/mi (both ways
Surrounding cities: minimum of 3 clients
Out of state: minimum of 7 clients
BRIDAL PARTIES & Photoshoots: (THESE EVENTS NEED TO BE BOOKED 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE!!
